Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within two business days after being placed and most should arrive within one week. However, Canada Post dictates shipping times. Orders that are shipped to more remote locations across the nation and to the U.S. may take longer to arrive.

Yes! We ship to the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. We hope to soon. Tag us on social media @cardea_auset to let us know where you live!
Cardea AuSet uses starch-based biodegradable peanuts to pack your order. They dissolve in water and can be thrown into compost piles after a single use.
All items are final sale.
If the product arrives damaged, send us an email including pictures within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the damages and potentially provide a full refund.
If you have any concerns about your order or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@cardeaauset.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve your issue.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist.
Our Products
All of our products are bottled and made in Ontario, Canada. We work closely alongside a small team of cosmetic chemists to create multi-functional formulations that are rigorously tested for efficacy, safety, and stability.

All of our products have a stable shelf life of 12 months, with the exception of our Mineral Sea Soak, which has a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend using products within 6 months of opening.
All Cardea AuSet products are gender-neutral and formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive and problematic skin types. We recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to a new product. If you have any specific concerns, allergies, or illnesses, please consult a physician before using.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
All Cardea AuSet products are made with essential oils that are considered suitable for use while pregnant or nursing and in most cases, are formulated in dilutions of less than 2%. While we have many customers who enjoy our products during pregnancy, every person and pregnancy is unique – we always recommend consulting your physician before using any essential oils.
Cardea AuSet ingredients are not mass-produced or standardized, therefore, variations in colour and scent can occur between batches and seasons. This is completely normal and we take care to make our products in small batches to ensure quality remains consistent. Yes, all of our products and sourced ingredients are cruelty-free.

When you've finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the cart window. This will take you to the confirmation page. On the right-hand side, below the list of products, there will be a box labelled “Gift Card or Discount Code.” Enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply’. For mobile, click on “Show order summary” at the top and you’ll be able to enter your discount code.
